Sometimes the feelings of being hungry and thirsty feel the same. So in other words you may feel hungry when you are actually thirsty. Next time after you eat, when you feel hungry again, have a big glass of water instead of eating and let your stomach settle. Other than that I'm not sure and you might be best to ask your doctor.

your body doesn't want the food because you are not really hungry. you can't be 5 minutes after eating. what you need to do is drink water proir to eating say 10 - 15 before so that way your body doesn't feel completely empty when you eat and that way you can feel full up after eating a small portion of food. you could also try to keep your mind off food by keeping busy after eating so that way you don't think about whats going on in your belly. you could wash up the dishes so that way you brian registers that eating is over or chew some minty sugar free gum atfer foods is a good idea.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
