I don't see why not. Is it your intention to breed them? If not you need to get one or both fixed.

Your male is dominate over his sibling....that's why it is not a good idea to raise puppies from the same litter together. The Alpha will remain Alpha and the Omega will never have a chance to be anything but Omega.Which means you have a bully and a permanent victim. They are stuck in the litter structure and will always be this way. You must stop the male when he becomes too rough....the mother dog will scold her pups when they get too aggressive. Grab your pup and scold him and separate him from the female...for 30 minutes or so. He might stop beating her up....good luck!

Yes I should think she'll take to him ok if your not going to breed from them I'd get her done it's better for her health and you won't be kept up all day and night with him going nuts coz he want's to get to her plus you won't get blood all over your house. They may have a set too when he makes sexual maturity because one of them will want to be top dog but it's best to let them get on with it to sort out the pecking order. Sounds easier than it is believe me i've got two bullys and a jrt and the jrt and my bully ***** are always at it he got her a gooden and she backed down and leaves him alone now yet the two boys get on really well which is strange.

She will probably become immediately pregnant . He is almost mature enough. (If the male is not neutered and she isn't spayed). He will become very protective of her. I had a male who was 10 months and a female who was 2 1/2 years - the female was spayed, - the male actually forced himself on her. I was absolutely shocked! If they R both in good health U will probably have pups in about 6 - 9 months!

Yes but they will very soon start to show what dogs do naturally, and that is procreate, make some changes very quickly to how they will live or in a short space of time you will hear the pitter patter of tiny four legged friends feet.

Akitas do not generally tolerate same sex dogs but you should be OK with a dog & a ***** provided at least one of them is neutered.
It depends on how good their temperaments are.

If you can manage two big dogs it should be easier than trying to introduce another one of the same sex.
But you really need to get the male neutered, he'll be miserable when the female comes into season.

A possible problem you may encounter is that the male becoming over protective, a large male I knew became uncontrollable and could never be let off his lead.
this breed can become dangerous.
