Its not a word out of the english dictionary. I think it is made up! And isn't the more important question why has your friend had a tattoo of the name his EX GIRLFRIEND called him weird.. how will he explain that to future girlfriends.....'yer me ex bird used to call me it' sounds good NOT!!!!
