If you are truly sincere you need to study the Bible. You will need a concordance. That is a book that contains every word in the Bible and shows every place that word occurs. The gospel is about "The KINGDOM of God". It is a government. Satan was one of 3 high ranking officers in that government. Michael and Gabriel are the other two. In Luke 10 verse 18 Jesus said He saw Satan get shot to the earth by the Father. Satan is the god (small "g") of this world. He is in charge of all the churches except the one Christ founded. Soon Jesus is returning to take Satan's position from him.

Satan, as were the other Angels were not born. They were created by God. They are God's messengers. Satan wanted to be nearer to God and then thought of himself so much that he should be with God on the throne. Satan was known as the keeper of music. He was a very musical Angel and no doubt is still today. He was kicked out of Heaven along with a few thousand of his followers, lessor Angels, and the war in Heaven was begun. This all took place before God created man. Satan then became jealous because God thought more of man than the Angels. He began the temptation of man from the very beginning. Naturally God knew this would happen. God wants people to believe in Him through faith and love and to make up his own mind. Many non believers want to know why God hasn't reveled Himself. If He did, there would be no reason for faith and for man to make up his own mind any longer. We were given the power of reason and we are expected to use it. Satan wants man to die and not be with God in Heaven. He thinks that is only the place for God's angels and not man. He will never understand and because of his sins, will suffer the lake of fire in the end.

Satan, in Arabic, is Shaitan. That is a genus too. Hence there is a plural, meaning satanic community. He was not an Angel, made out of Light; but a Ginn(genie)created out of Fire He had companionship with the Angels. His community had the Earth as the abode. For their rebelliousness they were dethroned from the sovereignty on Earth, and the community of Humans were to succeed, the first human pair being Adam and Eve. As a very unique marvel of Creation, Angels and Ginn were ordered to bow before the Human. Angels did, Shaitan disobeyed, out of arrogance of superiority of Fire over Clay. Thence, his new name(in Arabic) was Iblis(the forlorn, disappointed); and the sovereignty on Earth belongs to Human. To prove him right, Satan vowed to mislead and misguide the humans. Some humans are misled, some are not. The tussle between good and evil is age old. The details of the birth(or,creation) of Satan and Angels is not recorded.

In fact he doesn't exist, in religious writing he wasn't born, he was self made. He is supposed to have started off as Lucifer, and to have become Satan, as the result of challenging the creator of his previous self, the biblical god. You could say he wanted to think for himself. By the way 'he' was sexless, a neuter. He is pictured in the bible as having a difficult relationship with his 'father'. On this basis you could say god has a dysfunctional family.
Job 1: 6-12 & 2: 1-7.

The earliest mention doesn't reflect Satan being born but rather a angel (lusifer) being cast out of Heaven.

He was a created being like you and I. How he came into being only God know.
I guess the real question would be is, How are any angels born?
Who said they were born. We know that they neither marry or are given in marriage. The do not have sexual function...So, Who said that they are creatures that are born. Angels are spirit beings. They are not born. They are created. We are spirit beings that have to be born in order to live in this physical realm. Our spirits are not born, just our bodies. Our spirits were created directly by God as the angels were.

In the genesis it says, that satan was once an angel in gods kingdome like the other angels. He was made of fire to serve god. Then god created Adam out of clay and adressed the angels to bow to Adam. Satan and some other angels refused, because they see themselves superior to men made of clay. Also they envied Adam, because god loves us so much, that he gave us an eternal soul. Lucifer / Satan was then kicked out of heaven to hell and earth. From that time on, he is awaiting the time he will go back into fire and ceise to exist.

Satan was a jinn made like all jinns out of fire. He refused to bow to Adam and was casted by God and promised him hell for his disobidience. Ibliss (Satan) then told God that he would made the humans do evil deeds to take his revenge against Adam and God so they will too taste the fire on the Judgement Day.

He wasn't "born" like he had a mother and a father angel or anything. God created the angelic host out of nothing.
Ezekiel 28:13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. (14) Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. (15) Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

Well he was created. He was perfect as all other angels. Of course as history goes, he began to lie and slander, which is the meaning of Devil and Satan.
