We are all parts of gods creation. Everything originates from god. So he is everwhere. His true self and essence though is in heaven. The centre of all existing.

But then you must be a believer to believe that! A none believer will tell you he doesn't exist so its up to you to decide where God is.

God is in heaven, and everywhere. When he seems far away, that is when he is carrying you, but you can't feel it. Invite him into your heart.
