i dont know one but i recommend that you visit a website called myworkmen.co.uk (or maybe myworkman.co.uk, cant remember). You can find any kind of labourer on that site in your local area. You need to register though, and then you need to explain what kind of work you need doing. You will also be able to get a quote/estimate upfront.

Whats best about it is that each workman is reviewed, so if he performed poorly, there will be a review on it. Naturally none of the workmen want any bad reviews on there so they are most likely to do a good job. Good luck!

1. Please get a few names from your local Yellow Pages and ask for free estimates and for a list of the clients / extension jobs each contractor did in your area. Go and see the curb appearance and check with the owners and with local branch of better Business Bureau if there are no major complains against the builder, he/she are O.K.
2. Another source is your Municipal Building Department where the contractors must apply for the permit for teach extension job. You can ask an opinion of your local building inspector; he/she doesn't suppose to recommend names, but they might help you to chose.

ring up building control in your area ..they know who you can trust ..expect to pay 40000 plus
