I think being called a 'Trolley Dolly' is offensive because it invokes an image of fake smiling airhead, incapable of little else than serving drinks and food. The correct term is Cabin Crew.
Things should be getting back to normal by then so you will probably be OK. Cabin Crew can only legally strike until the 16th Feb. To strike after this date requires another ballot. I hope this puts your mind at rest.
