He's more than likely a bit nervous, as time goes on he'll get more experience, then you'll have alot of stiffness to deal with.

At 16 he should be having trouble keeping it down.

He may be on some kind of drugs causing him to not be able to get an erection.
He could also have a health problem he is unaware of.
You need to ask him about it & suggest he see a doctor if he is not using drugs.

Well........ firstly he is 16. That means he's still a baby.He has lots of development to do in the next few years.Practice makes perfect so bear with him.

it could be one of two things, he is feeling a bit self conscious or nervous, or maybe just not in the mood. help to turn him on more and make him feel comfortable.
