They've got all those in abundance already. They will have to wait until the soldiers have achieved gaining the peace. This always takes time but will be achieved eventually.
You say Iraq, don't you mean Baghdad and a couple of other smaller places within Iraq.

What Iraq needs now is jobs for idle hands, no wonder people take up arms they have nothing else to do!,
The same syndrome also affects places like Afghanistan , and a big proportion of the middle east !.. making love not war wont help!

Love Bombing is already used.
Invented by the moonies it is a tool used by highly controlling groups to recruit and control adherents.
Follow the rules and accept the dogma and you are overwhelmed with love and hugs from your peers. Question or deny and you are shunned and cast out. Its a very blunt but surprisingly effective tool

The people in the career fields you mentioned would do much better against the IED's & suicide bombers than our soldiers. I say send 'em over & bring the troops back!

all the people you mention are already there we should pull out all the troops and see if then their fellow Muslims will let them go back to their old jobs. unfortunately i doubt it

i agree w/ the first answer.. some running watter and electricity would definitely be a good start...
so lets wet everything and turn on the electricity and see what happens
