I was spanked, but not as often as my sister was. Most of the time, I was spanked, my sister got one as well. I rarely did anything wrong alone. I was curious to know the number of spankings my sister got within a year, so I counted in '78. She was 6 and I, 9, that year. She got 64---1.20 a week.
I never got a spanking as a teen. I was 12 the last time. My sister, in contrast, was 13 her last time. It was a month after turning 13 and her friend was at the house at that. I missed it because i had band practice and my friend's mother was last picking me up. I got home with my sister crying.

The last time I was spanked bare bottomed was when I was 13. I moved out when I was 14. Like you, I am still bothered by the situation, and I'm only in my 30's.It was humiliating and demeaning. I will always have issues with my body because of this.

The bare bottom thing should be done only while at a young age! I think you must have all types of problems in your life on account of your dad spanking your naked bu tt. Only at a young age and then only for something very bad, not everytime!

I was spanked, but only until I was like nine or ten. I can't believe you were still getting spanked as a senior in high school. I think I'd have a real problem w/ a grown man touching my as_s as a teenager. Did you ever think about fighting back? I think you should have kicked his behind.

It only took having the belt on our bare butt about a total of 6 times until we were about 11 years old to find out that my father demanded respect and good behavior and the chores done. I am 42 and went to school a couple times with belt strap marks on my legs, no one ever said a word then...the 1970's
I SO wish I could give my kids the belt now!!

Yes, i was spanked on my bare bottom by my dad until I was 16, It was embarrassing punishment. My husband did it several times, but that's a whole different story :).

Mine was more than a spanking it was brutal barbaric and the thought of it makes me ill. My dad used to do it mainly in the morning when I was going to school. He would wake me up at 6 am then damage me then send me to school with painfull sores all over my body. Once he almost broke my hand
Sorry for your painfull experience but we all had to go through it. Am still amazed how I survived such horror in hell: wrath of my dad

My last beating was when I turned 18. I never was spanked but had the rath of my fathers GI belt---scars, bruises, and blood drawn, and also his fists. I left home at 18 only to marry into a bigger nightmare of the same.
Flashbacks, and mental scars never leave. I'm in my mid-50's and the abusive scars will always be in my brain to never be forgotten.

I haven't reached that age yet... I'm only a pre-teen now I still get spanked. But I asked my dad and he said that when I'm 13-14 he'll stop spanking me and start grounding me if I do something wrong.
