Is there a Lebanese restaurant nearby? If so, have a lamb shawarma for lunch (mmm, I'm getting hungry now).
If not, how about a panini - mozzarella, basil and tomato perhaps or ham, cheese and onion.
Or, as it's Australia Day, have a meat pie and a can of VB!

If there is a Wagamama’s close by I would definitely suggest you go there. If not why not pop into a Pizza Express or John Lewis and grab a bite to eat

Hi there I am in work and we have all just had our dinner -
We sent out to the local cafe.
I had sausage and egg with brown sauce on a barm, the others in the office had bacon and egg and 1 had bacon,chicken and mayo!
oohhh it was lovely!!

Go to Subway, and get a foot long with turkey, loads of cheese, olives and salad. Finish off with their white choc cookies. Mmmm, im getting hungry now!

1st start with a nice cheese cracker followed by a chicken and mushroom pot noodle with a pinch of black pepper.
and to finish it off have a nice granny smith apple
all wasthed down with a nice mug of coffee.
