While it is possible, the results will not compare to a convection or regular oven. There will be no browning in a microwave, and no true crust.

I actually have a microwave cookbook-I never really use it, it came with the microwave.

Are you looking to make bread from scratch? Are you wanting to bake a frozen bread loaf? Do you want traditional bread or are you looking for something more savory?
Here's the recipes I have, feel free to email me for whatever may interest you!
(And these are all recipies for the microwave-not a bread machine:

dumplings
herb bread
garlic bread
baked bread (frozen dough)
crutons/dry bread crumbs
cornbread ring
applesauce-nut muffins
blueberry muffins
raisin bran muffins
cherry-coconut coffee cake
sour cream coffee cake

Not a VERY extensive list, I know....but we ARE talking about microwave cooking---there's only so much that can be done!

Hope this may help a little! If nothing elese, it proves that there ARE ways to do it!

No, the microwave isn't suited for much of anything except warming food. It is burn the dough batter in no time.
