Apart from angel food bake- they dont sell that in my bakery. I'm talking: doughnuts, doughring, iced fingers, muffins, pineapple cake, pastries, french fancies, cookies

It's not my favorite, but I've heard that angel food cake is pretty low in both fat and calories.

angel food cake has the lowest calories. but a double chocolate fudge brownie will make you the happiest.

she is right about angel food cake i think; i wouldn't have thought of that. i was gonna say my guess would be white is probably better than chocolate in this regard, and you can get "whipped" icing, which is like cool whip, instead of buttercreme or "sugar" frosting. many people prefer it. it's good. and much fewer calories.
