We have only been dating for about 2 weeks....but have been friends for around 7 months. The opportunity to share a house with him, & another person, has come up. We are both keen, but what do you think the consequences of this arrangement may be? [we will be in seperate rooms].

i think that if doesnt work out, it would be really uncomfortable for both of you. But also if you do and it does work out, it would be great. You never know unless you try, as long as you are prepared...go for it.

Think very carefully about this. How would you feel if he brought another date home, after you'd signed the lease? You are out and by chance run into someone you once had a crush on,
that still sends a blush to your face, and he asks you out. Thinks you are "hot". It's not too weird, I used to have 2 male roommates, they make great housemates, but I wasn't involved with either of them.
How do you feel about the other roommate, how well do you know him/her, you'll be living with him/her also.
Make sure you know where you stand with him, and where he thinks he stands with you. Plan from there.
It might turn out to be the most safe and perfect place to be, or
it could become a nightmare!

No its no weird its called co-habitating. What would be the consequences? Either you'll get along great or you'll find out that you really don't like each other that much and will want to move out.

if you think the relationship will work out then i'd go for it... but if it didn't then you would still be living together- after all you have only been dating 2 weeks n i wouldn't want to ruin a friendship.

i think it's a nice thought that you two wanna stay together, but do note that nerves will start running whenever there are more than 1 person living under the same roof. it's human nature to squabble now and then over little things... and can you take it? can your date take it?
