I believe we love cats because they really are so much like another human being, as in your best friend. They can be predictable, at times, mysterious at other times, but above all, they accept us for WHO we are, as we accept them, not so much for their beauty, but for their personality---and every cat has as much a different personality, likes & dis-likes as you and I. They are every bit as "humanized" as a child, with one BONUS quality---as they grow into their "teen years", they are a joy! They do funny, silly things, they will entertain us for hours, but un-like their human counter-parts, they are NOT out do destroy the world or cause trouble. Oh yes, they will go out and have sex just like any normal teen. But, that is OUR responsibility to take care of this before it occurs. For my money, Ill take a whole group of cats over just one class of middle-school kids. I love my kitty, and he truly is my best friend.

Because they're beautiful and graceful! Mysterious and aloof; they hold their secrets as well as they hold ours. They remember that they were once thought of as Gods, and don't hold it against us that WE have forgotten this. They grace us with their presence, so that we may remember that once our world was almost lost to plague because of the "superiority" of men who would wipe them out, but were almost wiped out themselves were it not for a few wise people who realized that the natural enemy for the dreaded rat population was the venerable cat. Because their antics make us laugh, and their purrs calm us. Because, even when we leave them for a day, or have someone watch over them when we go for longer than a day, they always are there to say hello without judging us for leaving them. Because they love us unconditionally, but don't need the same attention of a dog, who needs reassurance every 5 seconds that we still care. Cats KNOW we care, even from a distance, and don't HAVE to be shown the same way as a dog. Again, because they are beautiful and graceful...and full of LOVE!!!

We love cats because they love us unconditionally. You can talk to your cat and love and snuggle her, and she doesn't ask why or what's wrong - but she knows if something is wrong and comes up and butts her head to you for a head rub. And as you pet her and cuddle her, it makes the bad stuff go away. We love cats because they are goofy and play silly, make us laugh and sometimes are more entertaining than the TV is! We love cats because they gaze at us with their beautiful eyes and we wish we knew what their wonderful, lazy life is like. We love their beautiful tails that swish with expectation and happiness. We love their silky little perky ears, and those long whiskers that poke us when we hug them. We love their cute little paws and those pink pads which are amazingly soft. We love cats because they are so independent that they seem to really not need us, but they actually do.
We love cats because we can. And I think they love us.

If there's anything more relaxingly sweet than a cat's purr, I've never heard it.
Cats are intelligent and playful and full of life. And they don't give their love to just anyone. Humans have to earn the love from cats. But once you do, they are yours forever.
And I don't think there's anything better than having a cat cuddle up in your zip-up sweatshirt with his tiny little face sticking out. My Gilbert does that.

I just had to remove one from my shoulder to write this. Cats are lazy little freeloaders. They take up space on our beds and leave traces of themselves all over; little hairballs that they are...Loving the nightlife they come alive when you are trying to sleep. They walk on you and lay on you like you were custom made warm furniture for them. When you try to make the bed they either resent being removed or else think it is play time jump up just as you are about to throw the comforter on. If they can see even apart of the bottom of their food dish they holler like yo are starving them. This is a morning ritual here and as soon as we fill that bowl they walk away. They just want to remind you that you are slacking on the job. Because those bowls are to be filled at all times. Yet a look., a meow ,a purr and you melt. They curl up next to you and you know you don't have them; they have you. But that is all right. We Love Them.

i like the two cats and dogs. yet for alongside volume of time i replaced into "cat female". i think the clarification why I enjoyed them lots is by using the fact they are mysterious and function a mindset. they are additionally very self sufficient and friendly. the main clarification why I enjoyed them lots is by using the fact they have been the only puppy i'm going to have for an prolonged time. Now i'm into the two cats and dogs, they are very large friends.

I think we love cats because they are independent they do things their way! And they love us unconditionally! We can pour out our deepest darkest secrets to a cat and they are safe, we can cry in front of them and they don't care! And they very rarely will lick us (which is a good thing)! And they always take the best seat in the house for themsleves(i just lost my chair to the queen of my house)!

I love cats because they give me so much pleasure. They cheer me up when I am down and they help alleviate any stress that I may be bearing.
They are always there for me and do not argue or get mean or annoyed when I do something wrong. They always love me and show me that I am important to them.

we love cats because they have so much happines to our lives, in all the ways we can look,
if you are sad, they play with anything in their way, a paper a leaf, anything, or maybe a cat feels our sorry and just keep peacefull and look at us with their eyes saying i love you and i will keep with you to make yo happy, and to rrrrrrr to you
if the weather is cold, they like to sleep with you to keep you warm and in the way they too.
a cat makes a house too much happines and
they are beautifull creatures, so perfect, sometimes they look like an ornament to our rooms
when they are kittens, they look so tiny and tender, when they are older they look imponent in the case of a male, and so femenine in the case of a female, and when they are too older, they look peacefull.
all the people who loves cats know what i mean
