Honey and sweetheart are good. Here are some of the pet names that I have heard as well: Cutie pie, chief, jelly bean, babe, baby cakes, love muffin, darlin, sweet cheeks, sweetie, june bug, hun, honey bun, dear (deer). Those are some that I could think of right off the top of my head that I have either been called or heard someone calling their loved ones. Hope this is of some help to you. I know some people out there are going to frown on some of these names, but hey, they all come from the heart and nothing mean is meant by any of them. My dad always calls mom the chief, honey. I know a lot of people out there that likes "pet" names...mine was "jelly bean". I loved it. The saying that would go with it was: You know what I mean, jelly bean? As it does rhyme..mean and bean.
