i have a microwav and am living by mself with my roommate in london. and i want to make a special dinner for her b-day. h and she is veg so i cant have eggs.

Hi, U can make cakes using a microwave, You should be very particular about the time, for a cake U just need 7 -10 mins in Micro.
1 1/2 cup flour
100 gms butter,
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2sp vanilla essence
caramalised sugar syryup
lots of nuts and raisins
baking powder 1 sp
Now mix the the powdered sugar and butter well add milk add the flour( in which the baking powder is added and seived together well 0and then add the rest of the ingredients, make sure you mix the cake with all the love you have for your friend and add all the nuts and raisins. Now take a microwave tin and grease itwith butter and pour the mix evenly putit in the micro , for 7- 10 min approx. Your cake is ready to be served.
You can change the flovour by adding different essence. But vnilla is really delicious. Good Luck

You can use microwave or Dutch oven.
Buy compatible premix package and follow the instructions. Leave out eggs. Some vegetarian do eat non fertilised eggs, all eggs sold in USA are non fertilised eggs. If you need it in some case it will be a special order and hard to find.

Either you buy and tell her that you made. Or dig a hole near the park and bury the mixture for about 3 days with hot charcoals on top. You will have a nice pastry after the 3rd as it baked under the heat.

sorry but i don't think you can.... microwave just can't make things like that.... I have lived withour an oven for almost 2 years... sucks!!!!

u can use a microwave there is no harm in that but u have 2 be very attentive as its faster and plus it will save u time.GOOD LUCK!!

prepare the item that u want to cook , and place it in a pot. cover it with a flat pot cover . and then fire up some charcol under & on top of the pot .the heat will cook the food .

MAKE CAKES WITHOUT EGGS IN A PRESSURE COOKER , BUT REMEMBER TO PLACE IT ON TOP OF A TRAY OF SAND....THE SAND TRAY IN THE STOVE N ABOVE THAT THE PRESURE COOKER .....VOILA UR CAKE IS BAKED
