I wud choose beautiful because to me and my friends we think beautiful sounds more sweeter rather than just plain old cute.

My wife is cute because she has big eyes and chubby cheeks. I would choose someone who is cute, because it is my preference. I love cute women because they have a cute personality and are fun to be with.
I wouldn't choose someone who is beautiful, because I believe it is a maintenance issue. Some women try very hard to maintain their beauty that they ignore other things in life, even the basic things. That's why a lot of men get discouraged when their date spends hours with their hair, makeup and picking a nice dress for a function because they are afraid that one piece of hair from their eyebrow will make them ugly. Also, if she is so beautiful, I would have to balance myself with her and try to be really handsome to match her characteristics. So that their isn't a beautiful/ugly couple.
Another reason is security as well. Imagine if I had a girlfriend like Madonna. I know that other guys will want this goddess and having a girlfriend like Madonna would make me worry.

im assuming there is alot behind that seemingly simple question of yours- and i hope that u dont take any of these answers as the 'last and final word', coz u may make the wrong decision.
but to answer your question, i would go for beautiful, coz that word describes the person as being different from the usual cute, pretty, attractive type. and we all like beautiful and unique. i dont think anyone would describe a horrible person who has good looks as a beautiful person, so i would go for beautiful because im assuming that beautiful = good person.

CUTE,yeahs(: cute can make you laugh when you sad... while beautiful can make you feel much annoying..well..its not about preferance..deeply in your heart..u wud find the answer..i never choose a handsome boy,instead cute bois are better(: but its not about cute..or beautiful..or handsome.. if u ar a guy..then a cute girl will be perfect..as their cuteness are you medicine for everything..believe me(:

The cute one might end up being a real sweetheart and cough up some cooch; the 'beautiful' one will more than likely be a pain in the **** and want to be catered to like a princess because that's the way she's been treated since birth and expects all her 'loyal subjects' to do the same...No thanks!

I would choose the person who I can connect with on a personal level. I would choose the person who I like the most. Looks aren't are primary consideration when looking for a partner. Its only part of it.

It has to go deeper than that. If you can't chose then the answer is neither. Or you need to get to know them better. You go for the one that is the better person, has the faults that you can stand, etc..

When i was allot younger i would have chosen cute...But cute girls usually become metheads...I haven't had a good life.
