Not sure what you mean by nursing intervention, as most people with hypothyroidism aren't hospitalized unless they forget to take their thyroid medication. For those who are hospitalized, the nurse would have to monitor and chart symptoms the patient is having and make sure they are receiving this hormone med every day while hospitalized.
