she is kind and witty has sense of humour. I like talking with her. but physically or romantically I have no interest in her. absolutely zero.
last late night I called her. but she didnt complain .she kindly replied my call. To speak frankly I felt kind of guilty.
whenever I have a inner problem I tend to call her.I think maybe I am now using her to forget my inner emptiness.
Is it ok to go on like this ?

Only if you don't give her the impression that this relationship will be anything other than friendship. It seems you just found someone with whom you can have a great friendship, just don't lead her on to believe otherwise.

As long as you are not making her think that you have some interest in her otherwise then there is no harm in it.
