First ask about the success rate of rebuilt
Are they guaranteed and for how long
What if it does not work out then what is the next procedure to save it

If it's in the back of your mouth, I'd have it pulled, personally. The other option is not only costly, time consuming and more painful in the long run...but it produces a weak tooth in a location in your mouth which almost guarantees additional problems down the road.

Always better to repair a tooth rather than remove it! It costs a lot more to replace a missing tooth than to repair a tooth!

Have it re-built despite the cost,it is worth it.you would have less chewing power without and molar re-alignment is difficult.

i dont like rebuilding teeth. it's only a molar anyway... you could always get dentures.
