If they are raw, quickly stir fry them in a teaspoon of sesame oil, until pink. Drain, and throw into a small bowl. Drizzle with Sweet Chili sauce, and a sprig of coriander, and some chopped spring onion. For a more filling snack, serve as above on a lightly toasted slice of french bread.

Heat some olive oil in a frying pan / wok, throw in 2 cloves of chopped garlic and a teaspoon of chilli flakes, add the prawns and stir through for about 2 mins. Serve on toasted ciabatta. Yum.

Cook a bit of rice, while it is cooking beat a couple of eggs in a bowl. When the rice is done, drain it and then place into a frying pan, or wok if you have one. Chuck in the prawns for about 30 seconds and then chuck the egg in and either toss or stir the resulting mush in the pan. Season with salt and pepper, tip onto plate and enjoy.

heat your pan up, pour some olive oil in, 2 cloves chopped garlic, cook well then add prawns for last 2 minutes and eat on the side with a bagette or pour over bagette. lovely!

buy some curry powder. sprinkle curry, bit of salt on prawns. get some shish kebab sticks...bamboo ones..soak them in water for about 30 mins. stick about 4 prawns per stick depending on size more if they are small. grill. serve with thai peanut sauce (you can buy it at any grocery store) and rice!

cook some brown rice chop up some spring onions maybe some pine nuts if you like them,and mix together,you can keep it in the fridge or eat it warm.
