i m 17 yrs old with ht. 5.2 & weight 43...mine is full day college so have lunch outside.

Gaining weight can be just as hard as losing it - and either way you have to be healthy about it or it can cause seriously health issues. My first suggestion would be to go see a doctor and/or nutrionist to set up a diet that may help you establish a healthy diet in order to achieve your goal. I read some other peoples suggestions to you, but I would say that eating junk food is not a good idea. I'm sure your weight gain dreams don't include you getting fat or sick! Other suggestions I have is eat more calories and build muscle to fill you out more. A close friend of mine at your age was 5"11 and 150lbs, but he through eating better, more and lifting weights is now up to 185ish and is in amazing shape and looks great! Good luck but also remember you are still young and body still may be changing so be patient and good luck!

Bachcha you are not the first person who remain outside of the house for many hours. But you must bring with you ur lunch made by your mother. It will be beneficial for you. Go for a glass or two of fruit juice daily positively. Make it an activity for daily to do some exercises. But never go for tablets or tonics to increase your weight. It wud definitely effect your health. They have many side effects. So add nutricious foods to your diets. Say no to junk foods. And be regular for exercises.

to this que i can answer u by saying eat ice creams and choclates and fat contents but they r not siut for ur health.to increase ur weight u have to eat lat of chennas.that is u have to boil the chenna in water then u can eat it.before boiling just put it on water for more than six hours.so that it will be very easy to boil.after boiling u can eat it in early morning or evening.u can cotinue this for two months uill have better results.but im very jealous of u.any way dont eat ur food as a work u just show intrest in it then ur weight automatically increase my friend.

You are a teenager. Many teenagers are thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. you weigh 43 pounds??? what the hell. thats like anorexically skinny. ****, i wish i weighed double that. haha. thats crazy dude. i think you need to see a nutritionist before you croak. i am 18 and also 5'2. im athletic and exercise regularly. i wouldnt say eat more. but eat more snacks and more meals. your stomach is probably very tiny. so expand it. eat less, but eat more times during the day...

Just eat & eat and especially eat Butter, Mayonese, Cheese and many more but plz dont use Mega Mass which is use in body building.

Yes ....i'm VERY jealous of you - i on the other hand look at food and i'm fat lololol
Try eating alot of breads , butter and cheese , ice cream , drink alot of beer or anything alcoholic (very fattening) and SLEEP alot !! you'll gain weight in not time !!

if you say you are seventeen there is still chance of growing but always remember that the growth factor is mostly dependent on heredity. well there are also surgical means but its expensive and time consuming but what is there in height always think about the inner self than the outer look
