is it true that we can redeem the money in numenmail after collected $8888 pointS?

in numenmail...it's very easy to collect the $8888 point so we can redeem the money..just read the given e-mail or advertisement then we can get $80 per advertisement that we read...so i want to ask is it true?

Nobody's going to pay you $80 in real money to read an e-mail or advertisement. Sounds like some sort of scam.

It's just another scam to get your e mail address so they can bombard you with spam.
