Of cource you can.
You can retrive your deleted files from recycle bin using the Recovery Softwares. ex tune up utilities.

The main concept behind this is that "Nothing is deleted from Hard-Drive only the Index entries from the Index Table is updated". So we can retrive the file which once written on the hard-drive.

Nothing is deleted off of an NTFS,FAT or any Digital or Magnetic medium without a very powerful electro magnet or maybe a 5800 wipe pass.

yes u can find ur file even u deleted it from recycle bin ,with a use of a tool u give me ur email address and i will send this tool to u .use of this tool is very easy...u find all ur permanent deleted data....

yes you can there are a number of file recovery programmes for free its best to do it as soon as possible tho as files may be permanently destroyed after a period of time

Use file recovery software. If the files have not been "shredded" or written over, they can be recovered.

yes you will find out your file when you are deleted in recyclebin. how just you can goiing on system restor and click on the date when you delete the file.and click next.
