Sex is a lot less painful. The pain with the first intial sex you have is very quick and out of your head. But the pain with love always remains and you might think about it from time to time

well love is emotionally painful. but sex can be physically painful. if the women isnt wet enough, or if the guy is too big, or the woman too small. so i guess its up to you to decide, personally id say love is less painful. but i dont get any sex so i could be wrong.

very hard questions, i Guss both are pain full, if you in love with some body and you can have sex that is punishment, or the other way around, you can not separate those two from each other
