I AM GOING CRAZY! How long will it take for the hole to disappear? 6 days? 5 days?

The brown spot left due hyperpigmentation, I am not worried that much because it goes away with time, but i am worried about the freaking hole!!!

What can i do?!!? WIll neosprin heal it faster? Any other suggetions?!

happen to me, it took around 2 weeks to fill in, but neosporin or any scar cream will help.

Actually disregard every one except for me. Seriously if you are not careful it will "pitt" and perhaps scar. Clean the hole with Hydrogen Peroxide, and then a mild facial cleanser. NO ACNE meds, that will make it scar by drying it out. Don't touch it with your finger.

Yes, use Neosporin, but just a tiny bit and if the hole is large enough to fit any fuzz of the tip of a q-tip in there, then do it. for a day at least. You discourage your skin from scarring by faking it out and letting it think the hole isn't there. This will work but only do it for a day. then let nature and an open air do its job. Neosporin every day, and don't touch it !!!! Don't use band aids, it needs to breath. if you bandage it, it cant heal as well.

Good luck. Let me know what you decide to do, but do what I just said.!!!! I am right. Stopping touching it if you are.

I suggest getting a q-tip and dipping it in hydrogen peroxide and basically suffocating that hole for 20-30 sseconds, and then continue to use the neosporin and stuff. It will help it heal faster and keep it from scarring up so bad. Try not to pop them... I know it's hard. If there's puss in it, pop it gently! and then grab a q-tip and peroxide and throw some neosporin on it. Don't go crazy with it because that's where the big scars come from. Trust me, I've been there

How big is the hole? Baby it with antiseptics and small amount of antibiotic cream. Don't worry, If you are young, your skin will regenarate fast and there won't be any trace of the hole. Make sure you drink enough water without overdoing it of course as water is needed for good skin elasticity. Also healthy eating will provide you with the protein, carbs, fat vit and mineral which are the building blocks for the skin to repair itself. Also there are new technologies that are invented everyday, new technology for skin care that are less invasive then what we know at this time. Don't worry, if this doesn't work, you can always apply for an extreme makeover with the team on television. They will fix you up. Good luck!

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Neosporin DOES help so you're not left with a scar! Just don't put it on other live pimples, it'll make them worse. The hole itself should be better overnight. Good luck. Oh, and pick me!

if you are able to get Bio-Oil it helps. it will get rid of scars, it's fabulous stuff!!!.

put it on every day to the area, it will go away. and next time when u get a pimple, DON'T POP IT!!. it will go away, or put toothpaste on it and it will decrease the redness and swelling and dry it out.

do not use neosporin...go get an overthecounter acne medication, the strongest you can find. while you are there get yourself a concealer. do not touch it, clean it every night with acne cleanser, put on acne med in the morning clean it again apply acne med and then concealer. it will take a week but you can try the new scarring tapes that you put on your face, depending on your type of skin it will help lighten the discoloration.

Put on a band-aid and tell everyone you caught a stray piece of shot from a shotgun shell.
