billions of asians...indian, thai, chinese...etc. eat curry everyday and we are definitely healthier than caucausians in the US. it certainly won't kill you!

Curry in u.s. is a term for a seasoning. normally a definite blend of spices. Curry Powder is definitely a mix of spices and till you cant guard the warmth and scent, there is purely solid the spices will do to your physique. To maximum indians, curry is a soup like dipping sauce oftentimes made by ability of tempering buttermilk with some spices, and including some sort of a flour oftentimes chickpea flour. ( no curry powder)

Millions of Asains can't be wrong.
It assits in cooling you down in hot weather by making you sweat & a good curry is great.
Not recommended to uncooked I'm sure the powder would be nasty!!!!!!

Who cares? If you like it - it's good for you. But I would advise mixing it with some meat or vegetables and cooking it first- don't eat straight from the jar!!!!!
