Do you mean in the United States or in the current state of the
commonwealth, people who are of Great Britain and its
territories? In the United States we have 13 states know as commonwealths, the original 13 colonies that were ruled at one time by british royals, William and Mary. (These persons are not really citizens of Great Britain, but are refered to as such in slang
due to the fact they live in a commonwealth instead of a state.)
A true commonwealth citizen is a person that is regconized as
a citizen of Great Britain and its territories as adhered to by British law.
