There is no such thing. If you come to the US on a student visa, you must go back to your home country after studies are over. Having a student visa makes you ineligible to get a green card.

The closest to free is the green card DV lottery. And it's just that....a lottery.

I do not think that there is any scheme offering free green card except goggle lottery.

I don't believe anything is free. I'd check with the local US Embassy in your country to see what the requirements are.
