a bob would be great. also remember to always condition, never brush wet hair, and avoid wearing your hair in a pony tail as it causes your hair to break. oh, and avoid heated products when at all possible (i know its hard!).

The less you have to do to your hair to style it, the better condition it will be in. Heat, stress and styling products are all hard on your hair and cause breakage and split ends. You can minimize the damage by using good quality products and being gentle when you do style.

moist hair it is braided => you will awaken with it nonetheless damp. slumbering with moist hair => I do this all of the time and my hair is in ok project. i've got not got a decision besides (boarding college...), yet my hair seems to be happy with it. Braiding hair at night => individually I unquestionably have layers, so my ends are very uncovered in a braid. and that i don't see how braiding ought to stay clear of cut up ends as a results of fact your ends are nonetheless uncovered on the tail of the braid. What I propose could be to oil your ends, then positioned your hair up right into a bun on precise of your head, or a ponytail in the journey that your hair isn't too long, so the ends are not touching the pillow or matress or something. this saves your hair.
