He is obviously not into you, if he was he would be talking to you in the first place. He's not worth it. A real man would come up to you and apologize even when wrong. Stop kissing his ugly stink a.s.s. and move on.

It's pretty clear he's not interested if he doesn't want to talk to you. Just move on and find someone else.
Second, I don't know how you were going to tell him you love him when you can't even write correctly.

First, you need to attract his attention somehow, the best way to attract a guys attention is by flirting with him. If you are not good at that, try writting him a letter first.

Make ur attitude towards others as good as u can and always remain down to earth. Talk with expressions to everyone and In front of him try to make him feel that u don,t like him.Ignore him for some 7 days in front of him................According to me wait for him to propose you.

if he won't even talk to you, how do you know you love him? have you had a fight or is he someone you've never spoken to? i think that actions speak louder than words so maybe you could find a way to do something nice for him rather than jumping in with "i love you"
