(Acts 10:9-16) The next day as they were pursuing their journey and were approaching the city, Peter went up to the housetop about the sixth hour to pray. 10Â But he became very hungry and wanted to eat. While they were preparing, he fell into a trance 11Â and beheld heaven opened and some sort of vessel descending like a great linen sheet being let down by its four extremities upon the earth; 12Â and in it there were all sorts of four-footed creatures and creeping things of the earth and birds of heaven. 13Â And a voice came to him: “Rise, Peter, slaughter and eat!” 14Â But Peter said: “Not at all, Lord, because never have I eaten anything defiled and unclean.” 15Â And the voice [spoke] again to him, the second time: “You stop calling defiled the things God has cleansed.” 16Â This occurred a third time, and immediately the vessel was taken up into heaven.
The scripture indicates that there was a change from the rules of the Old Testament to the New Testament.

no, i do not believe God changes his mind. He can, but he won't. It's because he is perfect and doesn't need to correct himself.
the closest i remember from the bible of him changing his mind is when he tells Abraham to sacrifice his son, but at the end tell Abraham to stop. This is not a change of mind this was a TEST for Abraham.

I believe God says what He means, and means what He says. The rest is up to us. He has a perfect plan....He does not change..He is the same today as He was yesterday and will still be the same tomorrow.
God Bless.

Yes He can! And the only reason that will make Him change His mind...is YOU! Read this pasage from Isaiah 38, first 5 verses.
1_In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live.
2_Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the LORD,
3_And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.
4_Then came the word of the LORD to Isaiah, saying,
5_Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years.
So...now you know, that a sincerely prayer can change Gods mind.

God made decision while he created the world and gave the power to mankind to make decision and changing a decision is sign of weakness so we believe that God is the only power who never make a mistake

There were few moments...when HE wanted to get rid of all those that went out of Egypt, Moses prayed for them and God changed His mind...Another moment...when He let NOAH alive, He said that He will destroy all human beings...HE really loves us!

That would be silly, since he's supposed to know about everything in advance.
