Piece o cake. . .dinosaurs laid eggs long before chickens evolved. Actually some of the earliest known multicellular creatures are known mainly from their egg cases.

Evolution of dinosaurs most likely. Every mammal evolved from a whale that grew legs after the dinosaurs extinct. Fish species are one of the oldest creatures recorded. Just to let you know.
