I'd take a sample of it and culture it for bacteria. After 72 hours in the incubator, if the culture medium shows no growth, then your chicken should be ok to eat.

Cook refrigerated chicken within one to two days, and frozen chicken within about nine months. For maximum safety, defrost the latter in the refrigerator, in cold water or in the microwave. Dishes or cutting boards used to marinate, chop or prepare raw chicken should be kept separate and not used for any other foods. (There's no need to wash raw chicken, by the way, because cooking to 165 °F will destroy any bacteria.) Marinated chicken can be refrigerated for up to 48 hours, with the uncooked marinade thrown out immediately afterwards

Coated chicken pieces such as nuggets will keep in the fridge for one to two days and in the freezer for one to three months. Fried or cooked chicken, on the other hand, stays fresh in the fridge for three to four days and up to four months in the freezer.

Really though, I wouldn't chance it. Smell it - and through it away if it smells awful.

depends on the room temperature, touch the chicken if it's cold, be sure it's OK, but if it's warm, smell it, if it doesn't smell or look bad cook it immediately

It might. I would suggest cooking a piece and seeing how it cooks. If it cooks oddly or does not smell or have the same texture, chuck it.

depends on the room temp. if it is in the mid 80's maybe. If it is the mid to upper 60's then no.

Was it frozen solid?-then maybe, maybe not-your decision.
If it was fresh or thawed-YES!
