Does anyone know where I can get a plastic wallet to hold the paper that comes with the photo licence?

If you had the old style driving licence before, that plastic wallet holds the counterpart perfectly and you can just slip the photocard in with it.

present day driving licences are '2 section' the plastic photograph card AND the paper section. in case you're required by skill of the police or a courtroom to produce your finished licence which skill the two factors. The paper section is the place the standards and offence information are placed on in case you fall foul of the regulation. ninety 9% of individuals carry the photograph card and bypass away the paper section someplace secure at homestead (no longer that secure which you will no longer discover it nevertheless ! )

Whatever you do, don't laminate it. I had laminated my paper licence to keep it tidy as they don't issue plastic wallets anymore. When I got done by a speed camera (63mph in a 60 limit!!!) and sent the neatly laminated licence in for amendment - they made me apply for a duplicate costing me even more.

i shouldn't bother pop it in a nice big envelope and write in big letters what it is because thats the only chance you have of finding the stupid things on the rare occasion you need it. if you put it in a nice little cover it will fall down the back of the draw never to be seen again.

what a farce that is , you'd they could have made them a swipe card so when you get points on it they just swipe it at your local station and it goes on computer and on the big file . we've got brain dead people in government (except when it comes to their own pockets ) they think their moving the country forward , now there's a joke .
