Would you mind explaining to me what connection an "Open source multi-network P2P client for Windows" has to do with cars & transportation, Insurance and registration?
But to answer the question anyway, you get it by downloading the program and then using your credit card to register it. As soon as you do that they will send you the information you need to activate it.

OK, this IS mis-posted but I do have the answer.
Shareaza is open source. It's FREE to use and distribute. There is no registration or key code required. If you have something that claims to be Shareaza and is asking for a registration code, you've got some BOGUS software!

download the free version it the same but you dont need the code and key
