My son is really smart for his age. All I do is tell him what things are and explain things to him, but seriously i don't think it's me. I think it's genetic. Good luck!

why would you want to??? why dont you try excepting her for who she is...we all have different gifts...IQ is merely reasoning power...she may have a high EQ or she may be artistic...or musical...or she may know how to love unconditionally....she may have spiritual gifts...why dont you focus on her good points and make them as strong as they can be which will build her confidance...the fact you are asking this will show in your attitude..children are very good at reading emotions and she will feel like she isnt good enough....that is the worst thing you can do to a child...and please...i dont give a dam about getting points for this answer...if you will just hear this...DONT EVER TELL HER YOU ASKED SUCH A QUESTION...maybe its you who needs to up your iq!

Reading. Thats very important to the development of the human mind. It stimulates the imagination and will help her be more willing to learn as she matures. Also, when she's doing her homework, turn off the tv or radio... quiet is very important.

A nutritious diet and activity will help her metabolize sugars. Help her get a good night's sleep everynight. Both of these will help her mental growth and development.

Best wishes to you and your daughter.
