It is a receipt of Japanese Department Store, Takashimaya.
I think purchased item is ladies fashion. Ladies fashion is categorized. And they are "Career Character & others" categoly,
Last line is sales tax (like VAT) and on top of this receipt, "tax refunded"(for overseas visitors) stamped.

This is poorly written, so I'm not sure about the 2nd and 3rd characters...
キ_ _ アキャラクターホカ

The ヤ in キャ is too big, but キャラクター is clearly "character" (as has been previously stated) and the "ホカ" is correct (etc.), too.

If you write it more clearly, we can give you exact answers, so that you will know for sure what it says.

It says "Career Character" (kyaria kyarakutaa), but I can't make out the kanji at the end. Not even sure if it's 2 kanji characters or one character. Hope that helps.
