the girl im seein has been distant...shes always busy, when we hangout shes quiet, no sexual reference, never wants to come over anymore, when asked bout sexual interest and if she has lost it w/ me, her simple answer was "no" whats going on and what should i do i am confused...

I hate to say this, but maybe she has found someone else. Or maybe you're not doing the same things you used to. i.e. spending the right amount of time with her.

Communication is a big thing. Try to talk with her, and explain to her that you are confused. There could be many reasons as to why she seems distant. Perhaps she felt the relationship was too much physical, not enough emotional. Perhaps something is bugging her. Perhaps she is just down..... Who knows. Try asking her how she is doing and what is going on with her.
