Could you please leave sodomy out of this?

I don't think it has much to do with the half million dead in Iraq.

But I fear you could be near right about the genocide thing. Whatever the causes (and sexual practices have nothing to do with it), genocides are a recurring theme in human history. Dafur, Kossovo, Bosnia, Rwanda, East Timor, ................

I just lost a loved one in Iraq and know what the tribute would bring tears even to you. How proud He was and all the soldiers I know over there are proud and say they would do it all over again. We have brought freedom where there was only fear. we have opened schools. we have created a democracy. They have game shows, American idol on t-v, everyone has a cell phone. Our shoulders take there own money and buy books and toys for the children.I am proud !!!!!!!!! forgive spelling I am crying. Please take the blinders off.

i don't consider myself a Christian just a spiritual person.Yes there has been done alot of bad things in God;s name and still is but that doesn't have anything to do with being Christian..Christian is a denomination not a cult ..it has become a cult with some people and they have used it to scare its members but you can sort out the BS and still be Christian and be proud..and you the person that asked this can know that all cultures and many people have used christian to make a bad name for a good thing..Something that had a different meaning then and now still has but has gotten a bad rap for the people that followed that acted according to direction from their superiors thinking that it was the right way when there is nothing that came from God saying to destroy anyone..thats mans beliefs and words .God said thou shall not kill.. and other things of that nature doesn't sound to me that it God had anything to do with it .. as far as Christians..there were many types of Christians and well some good some bad and some the way they were suppose to be as directed by God so put the blame in the right perspective and dont say that all Christians are bad..thats like saying all of one race is bad because you met one and they killed or did something wrong..Its not fair to judge all of anything just because of a few..

You are not understanding true christianity.Galations 5:22-24....But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperence; against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
These are the fruits of a true Christian.
George Bush is not a true christian just check out the website www.yourchristianpresident.com and you will see the real George Bush.

Christians are not the only ones with that kind of history, most of humanity is corrupt to some extent. Thats why we need to be reconciled to God and pray for forgiveness.

Unfortunately, the dead it Irak are mostly muslims killed by other muslims. They do share a common God with christians.
This demonstrates again how evil religion can be, any religion.
