Just scrape off the fuzzy stuff. If it blinks put it in the microwave, that will make it stop.

Yes, I do it all the time. I also have no problem buying a sub with roast beef, provolone, peppers, and lettuce on Friday, eating the first part that night, leaving it out all day in the sun on the picnic table at the camping area Saturday, eating another part of it that night, leaving it out again all day Sunday, eating another part of it that night, and then finishing it off Monday morning. I was fine. We are all a bunch of wussies in this country. People in as little as one hundred years ago had no problem eating all sorts of stuff that was out a lot longer than we keep things. Refridgerators are relatively new to the planet. Since they came into existance, we have gotten soft and paranoid. Of course, if you didn't eat it, then you would have to buy another, which is what they want you to do anyways. So go ahead, enjoy. I have found that the sub always tastes better on the third day :-)

If the box and pizza were relatively sterile, you'll probably be okay. Even though bacteria WILL have grown on it, your body is quite capable of dealing with those minor nuisences.
But if the bacterial growth is high, you might get a bit sick.

Been there, done that. Cheese pizza can sit out for a long time.....much longer than 2 days, you will be fine.
I have eaten pep and sasuage that was out for 5 days once. as long as the meat was cooked when it was made, you are fine. but I do prefer fresh pizza, but they don't call it Cold Pizza for nothing!
Enjoy!

I really advise not too. You do not want to take any chances of getting sick. Just get you a new fresh, hot pizza
