Lemon juice is good, but I find lime juice is better... The calories in both are so miniscule that they're almost completely insignificant, like having 0 calories. Also, I drink a lot of unsweetened iced tea. Without sugar, corn syrup, honey, or any other high-calorie sweetener, tea has no calories. It's almost just like drinking water, only with a distinctive flavor and the added bonus of anti-oxidants. The best thing about tea is that it comes in so many varieties, so if you don't like one kind there's plenty of other options to try. You can also add lemon juice to tea, or an artificial sweetener (which I wouldn't recommend, but if I had to, I'd go with Splenda) without hurting your caloric intake. They even have fruit teas that give you a fruity flavor other than lemon or lime, still without any calories. The only negatives about tea, I'd think, are the caffeine (but you can always get decaffeinated teas) and that it doesn't hydrate you as well as water.

Water is the best liquid for the body: it hydrates your cells and does not contain any calorie. Once, I could not drink more that 2-3 glasses of water per day. Now I'm having 5 litres.
You could add unsweetened lemon juice. It does not contain calories, or so little. However, if you drink much water, I'm not sure whether in the long run, an excess of acidity (from lemon) would not have an influence on your stomach.

What you're asking for is impossible for you to do without incurring some kind of penalty. Already I would assume you have problems with your health due to your hatred of anything healthy. You can lose 2-3 pounds a week safely through proper diet and exercise. Since you don't have the proper diet down, you'll have to make due with about 1 pound a week or 7 pounds in total. That is of course assuming you work out for an hour a day, 6 days a week. And I suggest you learn to like healthy food, otherwise you're going to die of hypertention and obesity when you're 40.

Try different kinds of water. Like distilled water or spring. If those don't help then you can just make a good tea you like and drink that. Not black tea, try something like mint, or green. Good luck!

My doctor recommends Propel. You can buy it in packets now and ad it to your bottled water.
