let`s say i wanna fly a Stol CH 801 (for normal flying Sport licence is enough)...what do I have to do to be able to land on water? what qualifications? and could you light me a little about the costs in getting something? :D

You probably need a private pilot certificate with seaplane rating. I don't think any floatplanes are small enough to fit the sport category.

The float planes for sport pilot are somewhat heavier. You must get a sport plane certificate with the float plane addition same as with PPL.
