pale_vixen please give me more information!

I'd really appreciate it. And you'll get 10 points :)

Btw, is it advisable to try the xtenso and neutralizing at home on my own hair- like to touch up the roots now that I've done the rest in the salon?

And where do I get this Neutralizer?

this product is called the Wella Hair Straightener and it straightens your hair. You can find it at stores which sells beauty products. It is important to use the neutraliser cream after straightening your hair.

Whenever you relax your hair you must neutralize it! If you don't you haven't restabalized the salt and sulfer bonds in the hair that you have just softened (or relaxed). The neutralizer readjusts the ph balance from alkaline back to acidic.
I can give you more information if you like what I've written thus far.
