Special skill means some thing you are expert in or master in.
As you told that you are working in a car co.
mention if you are good at electronic parts of the cars, or you may be good at engine parts, or even fuel consumption, repairs, or even interiors of the car.
It is also possible that you may be good at some thing else other than cars.
