Anyways, so like Japanese-American or like Japanese from Japan. The Japanese-Americans are very different from Japanese from Japan.

I don't know about Japanese men, but from my experience: the men who try hardest to dominate their women are men from India, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc. So stay away from those types of cultures and you'll be fine and in one piece.

i think it depends on him. everyone is different. however, asian men (espcially japanese) can be dominating. they are really protective of their significant others. they are not as wild as american men. they prefer quiet times that will show off their intelligence and not dance skills. i know this from my chinese friends and japanese friends. i think vietnamese guys are different. chinese, korean, japanese, thai guys tend to be the same. vietnamese not so much. one more thing: asians are kind of more reserved compare to american guys. they don't like wild chicks. at least not for themselves.

Japanese men are individuals and vary like any other people.
Some of them are assholes. (Good god are some of them assholes)
Some of them are not.
You can't really generalize like that, especially if you're actually considering one person.
For what it's worth, most of the Japanese married couples I know, the wife seems to be in charge.

Not all of them but the possibility is expected to be higher than other races. I'm an asian and I can see the difference between asian and non asian. I find non asian more attractive such as portuguese, italian..

i am asian, but not japanese, so i dont know how is japanese people, i wouldnt dominate women, so, it depends on what kind of personality he has,
