all those things count. I think parents need to consider the time commitment it takes to raise each child. I want to be able to have time each and every day to talk to each child, prepare their meals and help them with their homework. Also, parents need time to talk to teachers, go to their kids sports practices or dance classes, go to doctor and dentist visits and plan affordable family vacations too. I think the age of the parents counts too...since some people are young enough to have another set of children after the older children gain some independence.
