U require -
3" baking dish
2 apples - peeled and cut to 1 " pieces
2 cups all purpose flour
1and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1and 1/2 cup sugar
1 table spoon vanilla essence
2 cups veg . cooking oil
3 eggs

in a large pot or bowl place flour / oil / vanilla / sugar / salt / eggs /
baking powder >>>> with a wooden spoon , mix all together
add a little water to make the mixture similar to a thick creamy liquid

place apples in baking dish

pour the mixed batter on to the apples in the baking dish

bake in oven for 40 minutes
