I had this happen with one of my children and it isn't a great situation to be in, so my sympathies are with you.

You will have to keep them awake until about 10 a.m., let them have a short nap of 1-2 hours, then keep them up until 8:00 (or whatever bedtime you would prefer to use). They will be absolutely miserably and crying and you will be tempted to let them sleep, but you have to be strong and stick to your guns. After two days of this, they will be back on a normal schedule and so will you!

Best of luck.

I'm glad you have so many children; because that's what we all need is more children in the world. Take them outside during the day - because daylight wakes you up, and make sure they are in a darkened room at night (they can have a nightlight) Light will naturally reset their body clocks - and if they are outside then they wont bother anyone and can play in the fresh air - even if it’s cold. The big problem is that children do need sunlight (all people do or they get sick) So you Must get your children outside for some sun. Try to play with them and let them doze outside in the light. At night try to keep them quiet by reading to them and keeping the room dark or dim. No TV!

The sooner you move out the better.
When you move out all you do is let thenm sleep less and less until they get back into a routine of night is sleep and day is play. It will take time but you will have to be persistant and as much as the peace is lovely just keep waking them earlier and earlier. Turn all lights out in the house to try and get them to calm down and not run around, but I wish you luck I had two with days and nights mixed but not as bad as yours. I wish you well and soon a good nights sleep

Get all of your children up early and keep them up until bedtime. They should sleep the nite thru and readjust their schedules accordingly. YOU must not allow them to sleep thru the days or they will not sleep at nite. Have a great weekend.

You'll have to get them on schedule, even if it means waking them up before they are ready. Don't let them go to sleep at 5 am.....make them wait until noon and let them have an hour long nap....then make them stay up until at least 8 and let them go to bed.....they should be exhausted......good luck!!

You'll have to put them on a schedule. Just like adults, it will take time for them to adjust!!
